How to get started
- Save a copy of your Excel file to your phone, or import it separately on each device.
- Choose the worksheet and the row containing column headings.
- Select the asset-number and responsible-person columns.
- Allow camera access and scan one label after another, up to 10 per batch.
Changes to the original Excel file appear after you import it again. Nothing is written back to Excel.
Scan labels continuously
0 / 10Align one whole label inside the outline. Its OE value appears near the bottom, over the blank area. Move to the next label; the camera stays open until 10 different EQ numbers are collected.
Load Excel, then start the continuous camera.
Tap the QR code in the live picture to focus where supported and prioritize that scan area.
If the QR is not detected, keep the label steady and tap “Read printed EQ number”. Confirm the digits before using the Excel result. The outline is a positioning guide; it does not track the physical label.
