How to get started
  1. Save a copy of your Excel file to your phone, or import it separately on each device.
  2. Choose the worksheet and the row containing column headings.
  3. Select the asset-number and responsible-person columns.
  4. Allow camera access and scan one label at a time.

Changes to the original Excel file appear after you import it again. Nothing is written back to Excel.

Scan a QR code anytime. Import your sheet to find its owner.

Photograph one complete label so it fills most of the picture, then confirm the photo. The app will try the QR code, then read the printed equipment number if needed.

Keep the entire QR code and its white border visible. Avoid reflections. If it looks blurry, move back slightly.
